Shipping Policy

For a tea table order, check the checkout address before paying: eligible Standard shipping is free, but a shipping option must actually appear for the destination. The time ranges below are estimates.

Destinations and cost

We offer free Standard shipping with no minimum order to eligible addresses in the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC when checkout presents that option. We do not offer international shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and particular carrier services depend on checkout and carrier capability; an address with no offered shipping method is not promised service.

From accepted order to delivery

Order preparation generally takes 1–2 business days after acceptance. Estimated Standard transit after carrier handoff is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Weather, carrier delays, address corrections, and other circumstances may change timing. If the carrier supplies tracking, we email it to the address used at checkout. A tracking number may appear before the first movement scan.

Before checkout, verify the delivery address and the product page's capacity, dimensions, selected option, selling unit, and included pieces. The parcel contains what the listing identifies, not every styling prop in a photograph.

If preparation or transit goes wrong

If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will tell you and offer a choice: accept a revised shipping date or cancel for a prompt refund to the original method. Contact us promptly about an apparent lost parcel or a damaged arrival; preserve the packaging and see the steps in our Refund Policy.
